Studied at Canterbury and Bideford Colleges of art in the late 1950’s and 60’s. Has been exhibiting work since 1973. Work has been accepted by the Royal Academy and has shown with New English Art Club at the Mall Galleries, London, on several occasions. Was Artist in Residence at the York Early music festival in 2004Galleries

Have tutored for 12 years, private classes and workshops. Works in oil , gouache, acrylic, mixed media and collage. Subjects:- beach scenes, figures in interiors, still life, portrait, and abstract.
Moved to Norfolk in 1973 and finds much inspiration from this beautiful area and the activities that occur here.
